BIO

I am an accomplished designer and creative director, experienced in product marketing, campaign creation, web & UI/UX design, social media, copywriting, and many other aspects of visual communication. My background includes over 25 years of professional experience and a BFA from Otis College of Art and Design. I’ve built and led teams for a variety of agencies and in-house departments, including Seagate Technology as their creative director. And while I have a notable tenure within the high-tech industry, I’m also well versed in lifestyle marketing and the action sports industry.

In addition, I have had the pleasure of developing, as well as teaching the Graphic Design curriculum for Pajaro Valley Unified School District. This has been a wonderful adventure built from the ground up. From 32+ student classes, occupying every last computer, to distance-learning with Chromebooks, and back again. I produce and demonstrate engaging lesson plans while creating an equitable learning environment — empowering the creative process for every student’s capability.


Process

From a simple logo design, to a website, to a full-blown product launch — I create a distinct, powerful and enduring impression with words and images. This all starts from a conversation with you to define the goals of the project, along with the milestones, objectives, target audience, budget, and so forth.

Pricing varies on the scope of the project and the deliverables needed. I’m always happy to send out an estimate as we define the specifics. Approval of the quote and design brief will be the critical point in starting any project. All great design is based on the input and collaboration at the beginning and throughout the project.
